Diets

All of our diets come with their own beginners guide, which will include information specific to each diet and a plan to follow.  After the first week your feedback form (included in beginners package) should be filled out and emailed to the address specified in the guide.  This information will be assessed and you will receive  another email one week after your submission with a new tailored diet, this process will repeat weekly to keep your diet up to date and make sure your goals are being achieved (provided we receive weekly information on your progress).
